Day 1 | Lake Manyara National Park
Pick up from your hotel in Arusha in the morning and drive approximately 125 km (~3 hours) to Lake Manyara National Park. Spend the day on a private game drive with breaks for meals and optional short walks. Picnic lunch can be arranged at a scenic spot. In the late afternoon, check in at your lodge or camp, relax, enjoy dinner, and overnight stay. Optional activities, such as guided nature walks or visits to nearby communities, can be arranged according to your preferences.
Lake Manyara National Park – Highlights
Nestled beneath the Great Rift Valley escarpment, Lake Manyara unfolds from lush groundwater forest to shimmering soda lake. Expect rich birdlife, playful baboon troops, and the park’s famous tree-climbing lions, all within a remarkably scenic and diverse environment.
Day 2 | Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, drive approximately 90 km (~2 hours) to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Spend the day on a private game drive with a picnic lunch in a designated area. The guide can adjust timing and stops to suit your pace. In the late afternoon, ascend to the crater rim and drive approximately 30 km (~45 minutes) to your lodge in Karatu. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 3 | Tarangire National Park & Return to Arusha
After breakfast, drive approximately 120 km (~2.5–3 hours) to Tarangire National Park for a half-day private game drive. Breaks for refreshments and optional short walks can be arranged. In the early afternoon, begin the return journey to Arusha, covering approximately 120 km (~2.5–3 hours), arriving by about 6 PM. Safari concludes upon arrival, leaving time to relax or prepare for onward travel.
Tarangire National Park – Highlights
