Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha, Moshi, or from Kilimanjaro Airport and drive approximately 70 km to the western slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Begin a moderate hike across the Shira Plateau, wandering through lush forests and open high-altitude moorlands.
